During my family's recent spring break stay, we faced quite a few challenges that left us disappointed. While the pool facilities were enjoyable once they were operational, the high price of $500 per night felt unjustified due to the poor customer service and safety concerns. It's such a shame, as the hotel could be a lovely place if they addressed these issues.
